Route 110 Auto is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I was looking for a used convertible to replace my 27 year old convertible. I called them up Wednesday morning to ask for a test drive at lunch time. Loved the car and was driving it home 20 hours later. Mike is a very kind, zero pressure sales man. I hadn't bought a used car in a very long time. Mike helped get everything done so I could be driving the car the next day. They have a very low dealer processing fee and the car was priced correctly. All of the cars on their lot we in great condition and are at a reasonable prices. I cannot state it enough, this was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. If I ever need a used car again, I will check there site first and I will be saving their info into my phone and offering it to anyone who needs a great used car. My sister will be needing 2 car for my nieces in a few years and Mike will be the first person I call.

Swung by on my lunch break as I’ve started early stages of car shopping. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle was available. When I arrive, the car was ready for me out front. Mike took a copy of my license, put on a plate, handed me the keys, and let me check it out. At no point did he pressure me, sit me down to talk numbers, or even ask if I wanted to purchase the car. When I came back from the drive, I handed him the keys, he asked how I liked it, and let me go on my way, no pressure at all! This is almost unheard of at dealerships. I appreciate the respect and friendliness. When I’m ready to purchase I will definitely see if he has anything available for me!

My wife and I were looking for a Mercedes SL550 and found one at Route 110 Auto. So we took the 1:25 minute trek from the south shore. The vehicle was as advertised and Michael was great to buy from. One man service. Straight forward guy. No BS*. Buy it or I'm sorry. He sold us a solid used 2017 Lexus. Passed state inspection with compliments except the front window tints. I bought a car from Mike at 110 Auto at the beginning of this year for my daughter and definitely would buy from him again. He was kind, patient and honest with the car I wanted. DO NOT go here - unless you want an HONEST, FAIR and EASY experience! Michael made the daunting process of buying a car smooth and honestly, effortless. I was very worried about the whole experience and has done a lot of research before I found 110 Auto Sales. There was a teeny issue w the car (headliner was loose) and Michael and his team fixed it quickly and without hesitation. I did a lot of research before purchasing my car and I would NEVER ever go anywhere else again!
