I had such an amazing experience with Route 110 Auto Sales! Randy was my sales rep and Mike, the owner, was also wonderful to work with. From beginning to end, they made the entire process easy, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. I found my dream car here, and I could not be happier with it! I’m newly postpartum, and since I live only about five minutes away, they even went above and beyond and delivered my car directly to my house. My registration came in right before closing, and they still made sure everything was taken care of and that I had my car that day. The timing could not have been more perfect. Randy and Mike were both professional, accommodating, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. The quality of the vehicles they have is also impressive. My car has been everything I wanted and more. My advice: if you see a car at Route 110 Auto that you love, don’t wait too long to go see it! Hands down the best dealership I've ever done business with. My brother bought two BMWs and told me it was the best experience he has had buying a vehicle. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was exceptional!! I was pre approved with a bank but they helped me to cut the interest I had almost in half. They also took care of the curb rash that on the vehicle I purchased and re painted all 4 rims for me! Would totally do business again with them!

Hands down easiest best car buying experience I’ve had. Shoutout to Randy and Michael running the show at Route 110 Auto. Seriously, don’t sleep on a smaller car dealership. I felt like they cared about my needs vs a lot of these larger dealerships where you often feel your time isn’t valued and they are just pushing to make a sale. Randy and Michael were incredibly genuine, welcoming, personable, never pushy, knew their stuff and just fun to do business with. I bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander off them, the car was in great shape and ready to go. Randy was very responsive and helpful to any of my calls and texts during the purchasing process. Normally I’d want to discuss price at least a little but it was priced EXTREMELY good for this market. Since I didn't have a car to drive, it was difficult for me getting to places to test drive/check out in person. Randy sent me a detailed video of the car which not only caught my eye but was helpful to see before driving up. Of course, I had to drive it still. But it was nice knowing the look of the seat conditions, space, etc before driving all the way there. Making it so there were no hidden surprises unlike some of my other experiences looking at other used cars. A basic photo can be deceiving. So moral of the story for those who are looking for a used car I 100% would recommend checking out their inventory.
